Caroline Crosbie

Caroline is Pathfinder's Senior Vice President. She has expertise in program development and management, and a long and significant career with more than 25 years of experience in international family planning.

Caroline has played an integral role in the strategic management and design of Pathfinder’s programs since her promotion to Vice President of Programs in 2000. In this position, Caroline was responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and technical support of Pathfinder programs around the globe, and was instrumental in expanding Pathfinder’s portfolio in sub-Saharan Africa.

Prior to returning to Pathfinder’s headquarters, where her career started, Caroline was the Country Representative for Pathfinder in both Peru and Haiti, and before then served as Senior Program Officer in Brazil.
