Stephen Redding

Stephen Redding is Pathfinder’s Vice President of Country and Regional Operations. His expertise features work in project management and organizational development and his career has involved more than 30 years of multi-sectorial experience in running country programs and project support both domestically and abroad.

Joined Pathfinder in: December 2011

Before Stephen was named Pathfinder’s first Vice President of Country and Regional Operations, he worked as Pathfinder’s Director of the Program Systems Unit and developed strategic systems for results tracking, project implementation and management.

Prior to his work with Pathfinder, Stephen gained valuable experience with Management Sciences for Health, the International Rescue Committee and CARE International.
