Pathfinder has brought reproductive health care to tens of millions of people in more than 120 countries in Africa, Asia, the Near East, Latin America, and Europe. Today, our 1,000-plus employees work alongside hundreds of local partner organizations, helping implement projects that address a wide range of sexual and reproductive health issues. .
This project introduced a savings and investment program for HIV and AIDS support groups and women's groups that aimed to empower people living HIV and AIDS to improve the socioeconomic condition of themselves and their families.
Pathfinder works to support the Government of Mozambique in its efforts to increase demand for and use of family planning and reproductive health services in 16 districts of Maputo, Gaza, Inhambane, and Cabo Delgado provinces.

In this project, Pathfinder supported the Civil Society Organization/NGO sector in focusing on reducing poverty, fostering development, and democratization initiatives to complement the Ethiopian government's efforts in achieving the Millennium Development Goals.

Pathfinder led the PMTCT component of the project to reduce in HIV incidence in Nigeria of scaling up gender sensitive HIV prevention services for children and adults.
In this project, Pathfinder promoted access to health services, access to HIV education, and sexual and reproductive rights for female sex workers and their clients, people with disabilities, men who have sex with men, and prison inmates.
