Making a Difference: Strengthening a Comprehensive and Integral Response against Tuberculosis in Peru

Global Fund TB Prevention

Pathfinder is in the second phase of this Global Fund project, which contributes to universal prevention of tuberculosis for highly vulnerable populations, as well as the care, treatment, and full support of those affected by tuberculosis. The project will complement activities that are currently underway in Peru to fight against both tuberculosis in Lima-Callao and selected regions through escalating promotional and preventive activities by standardizing access to complete diagnosis, treatment, and support for those affected; and by strengthening community participation as part of the national response to tuberculosis.
