Meet Callie Simon

Senior Technical Advisor for Adolescent and Youth Sexual & Reproductive Health, United States
“My early work in the Dominican Republic with adolescents and youth made me realize just how important (and fun) working with adolescents can be. I am lucky to be able to work for an organization that shares my vision for adolescents and youth to have the right to live a happy and healthy sexual and reproductive life.”

Callie Simon has 11 years of experience in sexual and reproductive health research, program design, and technical assistance. She joined Pathfinder in June 2010.

Prior to joining our team, Callie worked at CARE supporting sexual and reproductive health and gender programs, and at USAID on youth reproductive health. She served as Peace Corps health volunteer from 2005-2007, where she managed a national adolescent and youth HIV prevention program in the Dominican Republic.

Callie has an MPH from the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University and a BA in international studies and economics from the University of Miami. She speaks English and Spanish.
