SPOTLIGHT SESSION: Transitions to Adulthood and the Importance of SRHR to Girls’ Empowerment

This session will explore the transition from childhood, to adolescence, to adulthood; and what is needed to realize the sexual and reproductive health and rights of young people, including holistic and rights-based approaches, education, youth-friendly services, and the importance of young people as leaders and agents of change.

SPOTLIGHT SESSION: Understanding and Addressing Provider Bias: The Key to Improving Quality of Care and the Client Experience

TIME: 13:00 – 14:00  |  FEATURED PATHFINDER: Dr. Anna Temba, Clinical Technical Advisor, Tanzania

This session will explore the causes and consequences of provider bias, including the promising interventions available to improve provider behavior, and the utilization of client feedback and their perspectives—both are essential components to ensuring quality of care and rights of women and girls.
