I believe in my right to choose.

I believe all young people deserve access to the family planning method they want.

I believe I have the right to choose an IUD. I have the right to use condoms. I have the right to choose injectables.

I believe I have the right to decide whether and when I become a parent.

I believe family planning is a basic right.

STEP ONE

Print out this sign and write why you believe young people should choose whatever contraceptive method is right for them. (Be sure to use a thick marker so it’s visible!)

STEP TWO

Have someone take your photograph holding up the sign. Make sure to smile and show off your sign proudly!
