Caitlin Corneliess is a public health professional with more than 10 years of experience, specializing in global sexual and reproductive health and rights program design and technical assistance. She joined Pathfinder in 2013 as a program development advisor. In 2018, she became our senior technical advisor for AYSRH, where she provides technical assistance to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of AYSRH programming at Pathfinder to ensure provision of high-quality, innovative AYSRH services. Caitlin’s work ensures that evidence and best practices inform our programs, so that young people are able to grow up before they get married and decide whether and when to have a child.
Caitlin began her career working with adolescents, as a middle school teacher in the Federated States of Micronesia, Pacific Islands. She also served as a senior program manager for the Boston Public Health Commission prior to joining Pathfinder.
Caitlin received an MPH from Boston University School of Public Health specializing in sex, sexuality, gender, and health.
