Meet Carlos Lacombe

Carlos is the local face-to-face IT helpdesk in the Watertown office. He is part of the “Following the Sun” IT Support Team along with other IT Officers in Washington D.C., Burkina Faso, Pakistan, and Mozambique. He is currently working as a global agent for the Eastern Time Zone.

Carlos joined the IT Business Unit as an IT Technical Support Analyst in January 2019 from Middlesex Community College where he was working as Service Desk Support while he was finishing his AS in Cybersecurity. Before that, Carlos worked for MSH’s Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) program in Haiti as a M&E Associate. Prior to that, Carlos spent seven years supervising the IT team of a telecommunication company (Digicel French West Indies) which outsourced their customer service in Haiti.
