Chantal Inamahoro has more than 15 years of experience in managing, designing, and implementing programs related to primary health care, maternal and child health, reproductive health, HIV & AIDS, health system strengthening, and prevention and treatment of malaria. She joined Pathfinder in 2013 as our technical director in Burundi before being promoted to country director in 2014.
Before Pathfinder, Chantal was the programs coordinator for Management Sciences for Health, coordinating a USAID-funded project that focused on improving maternal and child health. She has also served as the program manager of World Relief’s Child Survival Project in Burundi.
She is a PhD candidate at Uganda’s Makerere University, and she has completed her MS from Martyrs University in Uganda and her BS at Burundi’s Institut Supérieur de Gestion et de Management. Chantal speaks English, French, Kirundi, and Swahili.
