Claire Moodie has over 15 years of international and US domestic public health experience in monitoring and evaluation, applied research, program management, and capacity building. In 2017, she joined Pathfinder as a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Advisor and later that year transitioned to Monitoring, Evaluation and Research Team Lead.
She has designed and implemented performance monitoring, applied research, and learning approaches for reproductive health and rights, tuberculosis, HIV, and health systems strengthening programs. Her experience spans global and bilateral programs funded by USAID, CDC, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and other private foundations. Claire has lived and worked across Africa and Asia including in Benin, Cameroon, DR Congo, Niger and Indonesia. Before joining Pathfinder, she worked for Management Sciences for Health for eight years, including designing and implementing the M&E system for TB CARE I a $230 million, 5-year USAID-funded project.
Claire has her BS in biology from Trinity College and her MPH in infectious disease from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She speaks English and French.
