Erick Gonzalez is Special Assistant to the CEO, working closely with CEO Lois Quam in the President’s Office.  Erick is a mission-focused, international non-profit management professional with nearly a decade of experience in operations, human resources, IT, legal, strategic planning and business development.

Before joining Pathfinder, Erick worked as operations/HR manager and manager for the executive office for CLASP, an international appliance energy efficiency and market development specialist, working with the CEO, senior management team, and board of directors. Prior to entering the international development sphere, Erick held positions in the government and private sectors.

A DC native and fluent Spanish speaker, Erick received a B.S. in Economics and Public Administration from the George Mason University.  Outside of work, he enjoys cooking big meals, hiking, and exploring new destinations.
