Mahi Bebawi has over 15 years’ experience in the field of development. Her early experience extends from the, coordination, implementation, and management of health development projects. She has had strong experience on multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities which exposed her to different fields in the development sector, starting from Supervision of Community Awareness Activities, Projects Management, Business development and Monitoring and Evaluation. Moreover, she has experience dealing with various donors and stakeholders including the USAID, Ministry High level officials, NGOs and international funders/partners.
She currently serves as Project Director for Pathfinder International, where she is managing the Ma’an (Together in English) project in the area of Family planning and reproductive health, and combatting GBV; in addition, she contributed to developing proposals on FP and RH service delivery improvement and demand creation in Upper Egypt.
