Morgan Holtsclaw is the Business Development Coordinator. In her role, she supports the Business Development team to identify, develop and manage proposals to bilateral, multilateral, foundation and corporate donors. She brings with her, development experience aiding international NGOs with proposal submissions, charitable giving, communications, and donor research. Most recently, she comes from South Africa Partners, a non-profit organization that works to unlock the collaborative potential between South Africa and the United States for equitable access to healthcare and education.
Morgan holds an M.A. in Global Policy with a focus in security and foreign policy from the University of Maine’s School of Policy and International Affairs and a B.A. in Spanish from Wells College. During her time at the University of Maine, Morgan served as the Cohen Fellow for the William S. Cohen Institute for Leadership and Public Service, where she supported institute faculty in their efforts to train future leaders to be ethical, visionary, innovative, civil, thoughtful and independent-minded in the service of Maine, the United States and the world. Morgan is excited to deploy her knowledge of international non-profits, fundraising, and leadership for Pathfinder.
