Meet Ogochukwu Kehinde

Technical Advisor – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Nigeria
“In a world where women and young girls are mostly disadvantaged and we keep advocating for gender balance, my work at Pathfinder gives me the opportunity to tilt the scale one woman at a time.”

Ogochukwu Kehinde is an international development professional with over 10 years of experience in design and management of project monitoring and evaluation systems. Joining Pathfinder in 2015, she led the design of an appropriate system for monitoring and evaluating the Saving Mothers, Giving Life (SMGL) Initiative at the subnational level, a project that holistically improved maternal and newborn outcomes beyond its targets. Currently as MEL Technical Advisor, Ogochukwu oversees the MEL systems in the Nigeria office, ensuring the organization is able to generate evidence that demonstrates its programmatic and organizational impact across all its projects.

She has experience providing technical support to government on national and subnational on several public health initiatives to strengthen healthcare system capabilities. Prior to Pathfinder, she worked on CDC-funded projects at APIN Public Health Initiatives and USAID-funded projects at FHI360.

Ogochukwu holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and Bachelor’s degree in Applied Microbiology.
