Victoria López Cangas has over five years of experience working in public health. In her current role as operational impact and effectiveness advisor, she leads on building and implementing cross-functional systems and processes to gather and analyze key performance indicators. She also manages the reporting and strategic operational planning cycles ensuring accurate data and reports inform key business decisions.
Prior to this role, Victoria worked cross-functionally with various Pathfinder teams, including the communications and funding teams to spearhead and manage key projects. She established guidelines and best operating practices as well as streamlining systems across external-facing teams. Before joining Pathfinder, she consulted for the National AIDS Control Program in Tanzania and Many Hopes in Kenya.
Victoria holds a BA from Bryn Mawr College and an MPH from Boston University. She speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
