Dr. Abu Lail has a PhD in business administration and an additional background in nursing and education. She has over 25 years of experience in management, leadership, education, consultation, and training with over 17 years of experience in program development, project management, consultation, research, curriculum development, proposal writing, business development, economic empowerment, and youth and women’s empowerment. Dr. Abu Lail has a wide-ranging experience with national and international NGOs, the private and public sector, and UN agencies working as a regional consultant and international certified trainer on SRHR, leadership, and youth and women’s empowerment. Prior to joining Pathfinder, Dr. Abu Lail served as the Projects Management Department Manager at the Institute for Family Health/King Hussein Foundation, overseeing 28 internationally-funded projects and more than 120 staff across Jordan.
