Yordanos B. Molla has over 17 years of experience providing clinical care, managing, implementing, and evaluating health and development projects in low- and middle-income countries. Dr. Molla has doctoral training in Epidemiology and Masters degree in Public Health with extensive technical expertise in a broad range of public health topics, including: monitoring, evaluation & learning (MEL), health management information system (HMIS/DHIS2), geospatial studies, RMNCH, HIV/AIDS, neglected tropical diseases, capacity building and partner coordination, new business development, and clinical medicine. She currently works at Pathfinder International as a Senior MEL Advisor. Before joining Pathfinder, Dr. Molla worked at Save the Children USA on USAID’s Maternal and Child Survival Program. She has also worked as an MNCH advisor, a research consultant, a clinician in a rural health center in Ethiopia, and as a global health practitioner in close collaboration with colleagues in Nepal, India, Pakistan, Nigeria and Rwanda. She is a strong believer in evidence-based practice and strives to share knowledge widely as it is evident from her more than 15 research briefs and peer reviewed publications.
