Program Manager, Global and Multi-Country Projects Unit
Cecelia Angelone joined Pathfinder in 2019 as the Program Officer supporting the multi-country (re)solve Project. As Program Officer, Cecelia works closely with the (re)solve team and partners in Bangladesh, Burkina Faso, and Ethiopia to coordinate the testing, implementation, and evaluation of the solution sets developed in each country to reduce the non-use of contraceptives.
Before joining Pathfinder, Cecelia was most recently with the International Division of John Snow, Inc. (JSI) in Boston where she backstopped a portfolio of projects in Africa and Eastern Europe. Previously, she supported programming, research, and fundraising at the non-profit Population Media Center, which produces entertainment-education radio serial dramas. Cecelia is particularly passionate about the ways in which SRHR and other public health programming can be integrated with sustainability and conservation initiatives.
Cecelia has an MSc in Population & Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont.
