Senior Technical Advisor, Gender
Jodi DiProfio is an international development professional with more than 20 years of experience in program development and operations. She joined our team in 2006 as a program assistant. Since then, she has served as senior program officer and program director for Asia and Middle East where she supervised country representatives, senior teams, and program staff. Jodi also served as director of the Program Operations Unit, leading the team that provides support to our programs in the field, with an eye on ensuring efficiency and consistency in our systems. Currently Jodi is Pathfinder’s Senior Technical Advisor for Gender.
Jodi is experienced in reproductive health program management and planning, including proposal development, budgeting, program design, team management, USAID compliance, and in-country grant management.
She earned a dual MA at Brandeis University in anthropology and gender studies and a BA in anthropology at Assumption College.
