
Chief of Party, USAID Building Healthy Families Activity
Shazina joined Pathfinder as the Chief of Party for the newly awarded USAID Building Healthy Families Activity. She brings diverse and rich experience from working with both the private and public sectors in different countries. Before joining Pathfinder, she served as the CEO of Sindh Integrated Emergency and Health Services, and Country Director, Africa and Asia, for Population Services International. Her work in Pakistan has focused on public and private sector engagement, social marketing, social franchising, and scaling up emergency care services in Sindh. She has worked with a wide array of bilateral and multilateral donors including UKAid, Global Fund, The David and Lucille Packard Foundation, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Shazina Masud holds a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, Karachi, Pakistan, and Master of Science in Creativity in Change and Leadership from Buffalo College, New York.
