Vice Chair
Chris Hicks is the Chief Operating Officer at Knit, where he leads the company’s go-to-market teams across Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Revenue Operations. He is also the Vice Chair of the Pathfinder International Board.
Prior to joining Knit, Chris served as Vice President of Growth at ev.energy, a leading EV charging software company and Senior Vice President of Employer Growth at Maven Clinic, a digital health company providing telehealth-based support for women’s and family health. He spent several years at WeWork, where he initially supported the company’s global expansion and later, as Vice President of Transformation, led a global team focused on developing a path to bring the company to profitability. Chris also has more than a decade of experience in management consulting where he supported dozens of clients on engagements related to strategic planning, operational effectiveness, and organizational transformation. Most recently, Chris joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2012 following his MBA and left the firm as a principal in 2018.
Chris has lived and worked in Bahrain, Spain, Italy, and the Dominican Republic. He has a BA in Economics from Middlebury College and received an MBA and Master of Science in Sustainable Systems from the University of Michigan.
