Fran Cifrino is a mission-focused, international non-profit fundraising professional with over 30 years in sales and philanthropy work. Fran leads the portfolio in strategy for multiple funds including Women-led Climate Resilience. Partnering with in-country leadership to develop funding opportunities to deliver rights-based strategies to empower women.Before joining Pathfinder, Fran was a development professional at South Shore Health Systems raising funds for the Dana-Farber/ Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center and South Shore Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit, working with the CEO, senior management team, and board of directors to secure funding for these capital campaigns.Prior to entering the international development field, Fran held positions in advertising sales and publishing at Fairchild Publications a subsidiary of Capital Cities/ABC Inc.A New York native, Fran received a B.A. in Psychology from Rosemont College.
