Lilian is a Senior HR Professional with over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources Management in the Development and Humanitarian Sectors across multiple countries. Lilian leads the Global Human Resources department, ensuring a high-performance and values-based culture with a deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Lilian comes to Pathfinder from Gatsby Africa where she served as People Director. Prior to Gatsby, Lilian worked for Christian Aid as the Head of People for Africa & Asia. She has a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and is pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, majoring in leadership and organizational change. She believes that organizational success is inevitable if people are supported to opt in their best potential.
She is a certified coach and finds joy in family, faith, travel, and the outdoors.
