Country Director
Serving as the Chief of Staff for SA MENA region, Madiha began her journey with Pathfinder in 2019, when she joined the Pakistan country office as a Program Manager for the Beyond Bias project. Since her time at Pathfinder, Madiha has led program diversification, playing a key role in business development, program management, and supporting organizational development.
With a decade of experience, Madiha has led projects that look at intersectional issues of sexual and reproductive health and rights, and gender. She has contributed to women’s rights legislation, worked with the Sindh Commission on the Status of Women’s and collaborated with Women’s Action Forum, Dastageer, and Aurat Foundation in assisting acid survivors to access justice.
