Senior Director, Operations
Nino Willsea has over 25 years of experience working in award management and compliance. She joined Pathfinder in 2019, charged with running our Grants, Contracts and Procurement business unit. Currently she leads the Global Operations Team, which includes IT, Security, Polices & Operations, Procurement, Travel, Administration, and Grants & Contracts.
Before joining Pathfinder, Nino served in director roles at IMA World Health and Management Sciences for Health, where she furthered the mission of strengthening sustainable health systems in developing communities. Prior to these roles, Nino served as senior contract officer, lead contracts/agreement specialist, compliance manager, grants and contracts analyst, and an independent consultant for a variety of organizations and, including Population Services International, US Department of State, USAID, and the International Resources Group.
Nino has a BA from Tbilisi Technical University in Tbilisi, Georgia and the Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell. She speaks English, Russian, and Georgian.
