Rannia Elsayed has more than 25 years of experience working with numerous national and international organizations on development projects in several sectors with different donors. Over the years, she been involved with multiple international organizations such as USAID, the European Union, Mastercard Foundation, International Youth Foundation Egyptian Ministries, International Labor Organization, Drosos Foundation, UN agencies and many others.
She has extensive experience in coordinating and managing complex programs in various fields such as health, employment, economic support, and education. She has solid project and financial management skills starting from workplan and budget preparation, monitoring and evaluation, formulating and managing teams, to overseeing and guiding project implementation.
During consultancies, she served as Senior Program Director for Pathfinder, developed a textbook called, “Pharmaceutical Marketing: A Developing Country Perspective,” and marketing and research reports for different partners.
She holds a medical degree and a master’s degree in business administration from the American University in Cairo.
