Director, Operations
Sharon O’Daniel brings over 25 years of experience working for international development organizations to her role as Director of Operations at Pathfinder. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of global standards across the organization in the areas of grants and contracts, procurement, security, administration, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Pathfinder, Sharon worked at Tetra Tech ARD and Management Sciences for Health in roles such as Project Process and Systems Manager and Senior Contracts Officer. She has extensive experience with project management, continuous improvement, change management, the development and delivery of training curriculums, award and subaward management, and working with partners, funders, and other stakeholders. She is also a trained and experienced facilitator for strategic planning, brainstorming, and collaboration.
Sharon has a master’s degree in public health (MPH) in Health Prevention, Education, and Behavior from the University of South Carolina and a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Russian and Eurasian Studies from Bard College.
