Global Risk Manager and Corporate Secretary
Vincent joined Pathfinder in 2021 as the Global Risk Manager, responsible for conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with applicable US and international laws and regulations, donor requirements, as well as internal policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. Vincent also supports our Board of Directors, facilitating information flow and decision making with Pathfinder’s leadership team.
Vincent is a seasoned risk, governance, and compliance professional with over a decade of experience spanning international NGOs, multinational corporations, and global professional services. Currently serving as Global Risk Manager and Corporate Secretary at Pathfinder International, leading enterprise risk management, board governance, and compliance initiatives across multiple regions.
He brings a proven track record in designing and implementing risk frameworks, strengthening internal controls, and aligning operations with global governance standards. Previous experience includes risk leadership roles with Coca-Cola Beverages Africa and Catholic Relief Services, and over six years at Ernst & Young, where he led assurance engagements for public, private, and non-profit sector clients.
