In 2011, Pathfinder International’s climate resilience journey started with our pioneering population, health, and environment (PHE) programs in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. In 2017, we began launching climate-focused programming, with projects split into two tracks: climate-centered and climate-responsive. To date, Pathfinder has implemented 23 climate-focused projects across 12 countries.

This brief describes Pathfinder’s core indicators, key impact, and results in climate resilience from 15 years of implementation.
