Investing in women’s health is one of the highest-return investments a society can make.
We use innovative approaches to community-based service delivery, health systems strengthening, and social and behavior change, allowing women and other marginalized groups to receive care, despite their circumstance. We ensure women and girls can access essential information and services, from reproductive health and contraceptive services to immunizations, maternal health care, gender-based violence and HIV prevention and treatment, allowing them to access quality health care and make informed decisions about their futures. We work with our partners on essential, integrated primary care packages inclusive of sexual and reproductive health and women’s health services, using digital health technologies to strengthen the quality services and improve access to information.

Our Pathways to Change
- Advance rights, agency, and choice among women, girls, and their communities.
- Ensure universal access to diverse, responsive points of care for a minimum package of quality essential health services.
- Bolster health system resilience and readiness to withstand shocks and stressors throughout a cycle of preparation, adaptation, and recovery.
- Create an enabling environment in which individual-, community-, facility-, and system-level ideals can be achieved.
Our Focus
- Strengthening the capacity of health workers to provide quality care.
- Deploying digital solutions to strengthen health systems.
- Advocating for policies that create an enabling environment for the delivery of quality care and funding that renumerates and equips the health workforce.
- Ensuring health systems have the supplies they need to deliver quality services.
- Applying a dynamic approach to social and behavior change that allows people to make informed decisions about their health and engages multiple influencers to shift harmful attitudes, norms, and behaviors.
