The Toolkit for Applying a Gender-Transformative Approach to Women-Led Climate Resilience offers a practical guide for applying a gender-transformative approach to enhancing women-led community resilience in the wake of climate change induced emergencies and disasters. Informed by Pathfinder International’s Advancing the Leadership of Women and Girls Towards Better Health and Climate Change Resilience project, this toolkit helps users develop interventions to promote women’s leadership in building community resilience to climate change and expanding access to quality health care.

Although the resources and insights provided in this toolkit were developed through Pathfinder’s implementation of this program in Bangladesh and Pakistan, our gender-transformative approach can be adapted, applied, and scaled to different contexts and thematic areas around the world.
