July 2024 – June 2025: A Year in Numbers

Pathfinder International works alongside women to reduce systemic barriers and drive a better future for society and the environment. By co-designing innovative solutions at the intersections of health, climate resilience, and leadership with women and their communities, we ensure a context-sensitive approach grounded in lived realities.

From July 2024 to June 2025, Pathfinder operated in 16 countries, implemented 40+ projects, and supported 1,200+ health facilities. Together with local partners, we’ve driven sustainable solutions to strengthen communities—enabling women to navigate change, shape their own futures, and lead healthy lives.
