Bruce Kuhlik Joins Pathfinder’s Board of Directors

We warmly welcome Bruce Kuhlik back to Pathfinder as a member of our board of directors. Bruce served on our executive team as general counsel from 2017-2021.

Bruce is an accomplished executive and general counsel with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, government, and law practice. A former executive vice president and general counsel at the global pharmaceutical company Merck & Co. (MSD outside the United States), Bruce oversaw the legal department, global public policy, corporate responsibility, global communications, and security. He was instrumental in the development and launch of the Merck for Mothers global initiative.

As a senior advisor at the US Food and Drug Administration, Bruce served as liaison to the Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Services and the White House Domestic Policy Council. He oversaw the team working on President Obama’s Precision Medicine Initiative.

Bruce is deeply committed to furthering reproductive health and rights. In addition to Pathfinder’s board, he currently serves on the board of Power to Decide, a campaign to prevent unplanned pregnancy.
