Director of Development, Annual Giving & Operations

Aneesa Din is a dedicated nonprofit fundraising professional who believes that philanthropy is a powerful venue to enact change in the world. She has almost 20 years of experience in championing causes that advance economic, social, and political justice, including almost 15 years in nonprofit development. She started her journey with Pathfinder in 2018 as the Midlevel Giving Advisor and, in that role, she launched the Ubuntu Society to steward and cultivate individual donors. She currently serves as the Director of Development, Annual Giving & Operations, where she leads direct response fundraising and directs organizational development processes.

Prior to Pathfinder, she was the Development Manager at Constitutional Accountability Center, where she worked to build the individual giving program while maintaining and growing the organization’s portfolio of institutional donors. Aneesa has also worked to grow the individual giving programs at Demos and Columbia Business School.

In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering within her local community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater DC Diaper Bank. She earned her BA in Government and Politics at the University of Maryland, College Park and her MA in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College, Columbia University.
