Caroline Crosbie has dedicated her career to bringing life-saving sexual and reproductive health services and programs to women and children, and to building Pathfinder. She has expertise in program development and management and a long and significant career with more than 30 years of experience in international family planning.
She joined Pathfinder in June 1981. She has played an integral role in the strategic management, design, and growth of our programs since joining the Executive Team in 2000. Caroline served as Country Director at Bangladesh, after her roles as the country representative for Pathfinder in both Peru and Haiti. Before that, Caroline served as senior program officer in Brazil. She is now a Senior Advisor for Pathfinder.
Caroline received her MBA from the University of Texas Austin and her BA from Mount Holyoke College. She speaks English, Portuguese, Spanish, and some French.
