Chief Financial Officer
For almost two decades, Joseph Perera has held leadership positions in accounting, finance, tax, and operations in financial services, retail, public charities, and the “big 4” accounting industries. He has deep financial experience and executive skills in building strong financial systems, processes, and capabilities globally for Pathfinder.
In 2018, Joe chose to leave a successful career in business and dedicate his well-honed financial leadership capabilities to Pathfinder’s mission delivering sexual and reproductive health and rights around the world. He served as Controller for Pathfinder for more than four-and-a-half years before assuming the role of Chief Financial Officer.
Before coming to Pathfinder, Joe was Director of Accounting and Finance for Eileen Fisher, Inc. and Chief Financial Officer for The Eileen Fisher Community Foundation, Inc. and The Eileen Fisher Learning Lab, Inc. Previously, he held several senior positions with Andersen Tax.
