Communications Director
Laurel Lundstrom is Pathfinder’s Communications Director, overseeing internal and external communications. She has more than 15 years of experience leading communications initiatives for international organizations.
Laurel brings expertise in developing and executing communications strategies to drive brand awareness and organizational growth. Outside of Pathfinder, she has worked for the United Nations and other NGOs including Pact and PATH as a writer and editor. Her editorial contributions span feature articles, blogs, opinion editorials, press releases, films, newsletters, research dossiers, technical briefs, peer-review journal articles, and proposals, among others. To complement her editorial work, she has presented at and led communications efforts at international conferences and has been a speechwriter for executive staff and senior government officials.
She has a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Maryland and a bachelor’s degree in government studies from Cornell University.
