Senior Director, Business Development
Stephanie Hawkins is the Senior Director of Business Development. In her role, she oversees the business development team as they identify, develop, and manage large proposals to major government and multilateral donors while also building strategic partnerships for the organization. She joined Pathfinder in 2011.
Prior to Pathfinder, Stephanie has worked as a project manager at Facing History and Ourselves, an international educational and professional development organization and in various capacities at Educational Services, Inc., a government contracting agency in Washington, DC.
Stephanie has a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. She speaks English and Spanish.
