A fervent advocate for environmental issues, he understood the critical link between a healthy planet and healthy communities. Joe passed away on February 11, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, dedication, and unwavering service. We are honoring his memory and continuing his impactful work with the Joseph C.
