Dr. Mengistu Asnake Recognized for Outstanding Leadership in Health

In a special meeting organized by the Amhara Regional Health Bureau in Bahir Dar, Dr. Mengistu Asnake, Pathfinder’s country representative in Ethiopia and chief of party for the Integrated Family Health Program, was recognized by the Amhara Regional Health Bureau for his outstanding leadership practice in the health sector. He was commended for supporting the regional health bureau in its effort to expand and develop the family health program in the region.

Mengistu received a certificate of recognition and highly valued Amhara cultural costumes from Ato Ayelegn Mulalem, Head of Amhara Regional Health Bureau. The regional health bureau management team was also in attendance during the ceremony.
