Pathfinder International’s 2026–2030 Climate Resilience Strategy builds on our history as a global leader in systems-level change. Pathfinder’s differentiators lie in our integrated, equity-driven approach to climate resilience. Pathfinder integrates sexual and reproductive health and rights into climate-resilient health systems, elevates women and youth as leaders in adaptation and decision-making, and bridges health and climate sectors to drive systemic change. Through locally led implementation, evidence-driven learning, and proven, scalable models, Pathfinder delivers integrated solutions that strengthen resilience across communities, health systems, and policy environments while generating sustainable, long-term impact.

This 2026–2030 climate resilience strategy takes a differentiated approach by centering sexual and reproductive health and rights, elevating women and youth leadership, and promoting locally led implementation. It positions Pathfinder to leverage climate financing opportunities while advancing innovation across the sector. Through institutional commitment, strategic partnerships, and balanced resources implemented at-scale, this strategy will support equitable, climate-resilient health futures for all.
