IMPACT 2 sustainably delivers quality contraceptive services to women and adolescent girls in Niger’s Dosso, Zinder, and Tahoua Regions. The project supports the Government of Niger to reach its national family planning goals of accelerating access to a wide range of contraceptive methods. IMPACT 2 improves the linkages between communities and health providers, ensures more contraceptive options, and builds the skills of health workers to provide quality care.
Project Activities
Improved access to family planning counseling and a variety of contraceptive options at the community level.
Strengthened the skills of health workers to offer high-quality family planning services.
Provided technical assistance to roll out and monitor Niger’s National Family Planning Plan.
Promoted family planning by sharing and implementing best practices and lessons learned from West African countries.
