In Ethiopia, the (re)solve solution set – a planning prompt, pregnancy risk referral card, postpartum family planning counseling sheet, and home visit tracking log – was implemented in 7 primary health care units (PHCUs) in Tigray, Ethiopia. (re)solve conducted a quasi-experimental, mixed-method evaluation of this intervention.
